December 1, 2008 Update
Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. The camera is set up to film Books 25-27. Jim can't make it to his normal Tuesday morning session but will do some filming Wednesday night. Book 25 would probably be easier with two people filming. I was wondering if maybe Richard or Curt can come in and help Jack at his scheduled time. Books 26 and 27 can be handled by one person.

At the November board meeting, I was authorized to develop a plan for indexing the Hanover Green Cemetery Reocords. I was lent duplicate copies of records 1 thru 51b. My first step has been to prepare a detailed description of what is in each of these records. I am calling them books to avoid confusion later on (record being a database technical term). A analysis of the detailed description has lead me to put the records/books in to 3 broad catagories 1) information in the existing Hanover Green Cemetery data base. 2)new information of genealogical interest. and 3) Hanover Green Cemetery historal data. I would like to review what is in the other records now being microfilmed before submitting a draft plan. However, it would seem that records/books 18 and 19 could be used as a test case of establish a surname data base. Comments?

Hi Bert,
I will send you a list of the data contained in Books 52 thru 98 as specified on the cover sheets as soon as possible. It may take a few days however since I'm quite busy the next few days.
